Summary
This study tests a new, faster version of magnetic seizure therapy (MST) for people with psychotic disorders like schizophrenia. The goal is to see if adding MST to standard antipsychotic medication can improve symptoms and thinking. Fifty adults aged 18-55 will receive the treatment, and researchers will track changes in symptoms, brain activity, and cognition over time.
