Summary

This study tests a treatment called repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) for people who have had a stroke more than six months ago and still feel very tired. Fatigue is a common problem after a stroke that can make daily activities hard. The researchers will give rTMS to 60 participants and measure changes in fatigue, mood, and thinking.
