Summary

This study looked at whether adding magnesium sulfate to a standard nerve block (erector spinae plane block) can reduce pain and the need for morphine after a mastectomy. Sixty women having breast cancer surgery took part. The main goal was to see how much morphine they needed in the first 24 hours after surgery.
