Summary
This study is testing if taking magnesium supplements can improve the results of a special orthodontic treatment for adults with a narrow upper jaw. Researchers will compare two groups: one gets the jaw-widening treatment alone, and the other gets the same treatment plus magnesium pills. They will measure changes in jaw structure and muscle activity, and ask participants about their pain levels to see if magnesium helps.
