First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether changing the magnesium level in the dialysis fluid can reduce inflammation and blood cell activation during treatment. About 15 adults with kidney failure on standard dialysis will have their blood and used dialysis filters tested after sessions with different fluid recipes. The goal is to find better ways to prevent complications from dialysis.
