Summary
This study tests whether taking magnesium supplements for 12 weeks can help with common perimenopause symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, sleep trouble, and brain fog. About 58 women who are still having periods but experiencing troublesome symptoms will be randomly assigned to take magnesium or a placebo. The goal is to see if magnesium improves quality of life, thinking, sleep, and emotional well-being during this transition.
