Summary

This study is testing whether taking oral magnesium can reduce pain and other symptoms in people with fibromyalgia who have not responded to standard medications. Researchers will enroll 86 adults aged 18 to 65 and measure changes using a standard fibromyalgia questionnaire. The goal is to find a simple, low-cost option for those who currently have few alternatives.
