First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at whether taking magnesium for 8 weeks can improve sleep in people who don't have a sleep disorder but still sleep poorly. Researchers will enroll 65 healthy adults aged 18-39 who have low magnesium levels and feel their sleep is not refreshing. Participants will take magnesium supplements and track their sleep using a diary and a wrist monitor.
