Summary
This study looks at whether taking magnesium supplements for 8 weeks can improve sleep in healthy adults who have low magnesium levels and feel they sleep poorly. Researchers will track sleep patterns, mood, and diet in 65 participants. The goal is to see if magnesium can help people without a diagnosed sleep disorder get better rest.
