NCT ID NCT07298564
Summary
This study is testing whether taking magnesium and L-carnitine supplements together for 12 weeks can help women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Researchers want to see if these supplements improve blood sugar control, cholesterol levels, and reduce unwanted hair growth. The trial will involve 84 women and compare the supplement combination against taking magnesium alone or a placebo.
