Summary
This study is testing whether taking magnesium and carnitine supplements together can help women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Researchers will measure if these supplements improve blood sugar control, cholesterol levels, and reduce unwanted hair growth over 12 weeks. The trial involves 84 women with PCOS who will receive either the supplements, magnesium alone, or a placebo pill.
