Summary
This study aimed to see if a new tablet form of a magnesium and vitamin B6 supplement (Magne-B6) gets into the bloodstream the same way as the existing liquid version. It involved 24 healthy adults who took both forms on separate occasions while fasting. Researchers measured the levels of magnesium and vitamin B6 in the blood and urine to compare how the body absorbed each version.
