First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a personalized cell therapy for people with certain cancers (bladder, melanoma, head/neck, ovarian, lung, esophageal, stomach, or sarcoma). The therapy takes a patient's own immune cells and genetically equips them to recognize and attack tumors that carry the MAGE-A4 protein. The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment can shrink tumors.
