Summary

This study tests a new magnetic system (MagDI) that creates a connection in the small intestine to help with weight loss and type 2 diabetes. About 60 adults with obesity (BMI 30-50) and either diabetes or weight regain after previous surgery will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the device is safe and works as intended, without requiring lifelong medication.
