Summary

This phase 3 study tests whether a single injection of MAG200 stem cells can reduce pain and improve daily function in adults with knee osteoarthritis. About 573 participants will receive either a low or high dose of stem cells or a placebo. The goal is to see if this treatment offers lasting symptom relief without surgery.
