Summary

This study tests a 12-week program called MAFF that adds short movement breaks to the school day and encourages families to do them together at home. About 200 children from Portuguese public schools will take part, with half using MAFF and half continuing as usual. Researchers will measure if the program reduces sitting time, increases physical activity, and improves sleep and wellbeing.
