Surgery or a shot? new study tests best fix for hidden hormone problem

Summary
This study aims to find out which treatment works better for adults with a mild hormone problem called MACS: surgically removing an adrenal gland or taking a weight-management medication called semaglutide. Researchers will measure how each treatment affects the body's ability to use insulin, hormone levels, weight, blood pressure, and overall quality of life. About 75 participants will be assigned to one of the treatments and followed for about 6-7 months.
