Summary
This study tested a medicine called macitentan in 7 Japanese children aged 3 months to 15 years who have pulmonary arterial hypertension, a rare condition where blood pressure in the lungs is too high. The goal was to see if the drug improves blood flow through the lungs after 24 weeks of treatment. The study is complete, but results are not yet available.
