Summary
This research study aims to learn more about the physical traits and genetic changes linked to microphthalmia, anophthalmia, and coloboma (MAC) in children. Researchers will collect medical histories, saliva, and blood samples, and perform detailed exams including eye tests and brain imaging. Up to 3,000 children and their families will take part to help uncover the causes of these rare eye conditions.
