First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested a new quick-dissolve tablet (M107 ODT) containing the drug lobeglitazone in 21 healthy adults. Researchers compared how the body absorbs and processes the drug when taken with or without food, and how it compares to the standard Duvie® tablet. The goal was to gather safety and drug-level data, not to treat any disease.
