Summary

This early-phase study tests the safety of an engineered virus called M032 in 20 children and adults with diffuse midline glioma, a rare and aggressive brain tumor. Participants receive the virus directly into the tumor after completing standard radiation therapy. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and to monitor any side effects.
