Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (M-Tapa and TAP block) to control pain after open inguinal hernia repair. About 60 adults will receive one of the blocks before surgery, and their pain scores and satisfaction will be measured 24 hours later. The goal is to see which method provides better pain relief and recovery experience.
