First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (M-TAPA and QL block) for pain control after laparoscopic gallbladder removal. About 52 adults will receive one of the two blocks before surgery. The goal is to see which block provides longer pain relief and reduces the need for extra pain medication in the first 24 hours after surgery.
