First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks (M-TAPA and ESPB) to see which provides better pain relief after laparoscopic gallbladder removal. About 124 adults having elective surgery will receive one of the two blocks, and researchers will measure pain scores, opioid use, and satisfaction. The goal is to improve recovery and reduce opioid-related side effects.
