Summary
This study tests a simple idea: giving very preterm babies (born before 32 weeks) small amounts of human milk by mouth starting at 3 days old. Researchers want to see if this helps babies regulate stress, develop better, and learn to feed on their own. 125 babies will either get standard care or standard care plus this early milk exposure.
