Could a new supplement tame your hay fever?
NCT ID NCT06907680
Summary
This study tested whether a supplement called M-Gard could safely reduce symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes in adults with grass pollen allergies. Twenty participants tried both the supplement and a placebo to compare their effects. The main goal was to see if M-Gard provided better symptom relief than the dummy pill.
