NCT ID NCT06907680
Summary
This study tested whether a supplement called M-Gard could safely reduce symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes in adults with seasonal grass pollen allergies. Twenty generally healthy adults tried both the supplement and a placebo to see which worked better. Researchers measured changes in symptom severity and quality of life over the study period.
