First human test: how does a bad liver handle a new drug?
NCT ID NCT07165002
Summary
This is an early safety study to see how a new drug called LY3537031 is processed by the body in people with different levels of liver function. It will compare 32 participants—some with healthy livers and some with mild, moderate, or severe liver impairment. The main goal is to measure how much of the drug gets into the blood and how long it stays there, which helps researchers understand safe dosing for future studies.
