Summary

This early-phase study tests an oral drug called LY3410738 in people with advanced solid tumors (like bile duct, cartilage, or brain cancers) that have specific IDH1 or IDH2 gene mutations. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective dose, while also checking for side effects and early signs of tumor shrinkage. About 200 participants will receive the drug alone or with chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
