New pill targets Hard-to-Treat cancers with specific gene changes

Summary
This early-stage study tests an oral drug called LY3410738 in people with advanced solid tumors that have IDH1 or IDH2 gene mutations, including bile duct cancer, cartilage cancer, and brain tumors. The main goals are to find the best dose and check safety. About 200 participants will receive the drug alone or with chemotherapy or another drug.
