Summary
This study tested a new tablet called LW402 in 72 adults with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis who were already taking methotrexate. The goal was to see if adding LW402 for 12 weeks could better control disease activity and improve symptoms like joint pain and swelling. The trial compared different doses of LW402 against a placebo to check safety and effectiveness.
