Summary
This study tests a drug called Lutathera, which delivers radiation directly to meningioma tumor cells. It is for adults with growing or high-risk meningiomas that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can stop or slow tumor growth for at least 6 months. Participants receive four doses over 8 weeks and are monitored with scans.
