New hope for platelet recovery after bone marrow transplant

Summary
This study tests a drug called lusutrombopag to see if it helps platelets recover faster after a stem cell transplant in people with blood disorders. About 45 adults will take the drug and be monitored for side effects and how well their blood cells return. The goal is to improve blood cell rebuilding after transplant.
