Promising new drug trial for Tough-to-Treat childhood bone cancer

Summary
This study tests a drug called lurbinectedin in children and young adults (ages 2 to 30) with solid tumors, especially Ewing sarcoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The first part finds the safest dose, and the second part checks how well the drug shrinks tumors. About 60 participants will take part.
