Summary

This study aims to learn more about how lupus (SLE) starts and progresses by observing patients and their relatives over time. Researchers will collect medical histories, blood and urine samples, and genetic material to identify factors that influence the disease. Up to 2000 participants aged 3 and older will be followed at least once a year, with no direct treatment provided.
