Can lower pressure during keyhole surgery protect your lungs?

Summary
This study looks at 112 adults having gallbladder removal surgery. Doctors will use either low (10 mmHg) or standard (14 mmHg) gas pressure in the belly during the operation. They will use lung ultrasound to check how much the lungs collapse. The goal is to see if lower pressure helps keep lungs healthier during surgery.
