Summary

This study aims to see if one method of giving a lung treatment called surfactant works faster than another for premature babies with breathing problems. Researchers will use repeated lung ultrasounds to measure how quickly the babies' lungs improve after receiving the treatment. The goal is to gather information to help doctors choose the best delivery method in the future.
