Summary

This study tested a special MRI technique called Ultra Short Echo Time (UTE) to see if it can take clearer pictures of the lungs than traditional MRI. Researchers collected images and health information from people with and without lung disease to help doctors better understand lung health. The study involved 6 participants aged 5 and older, each having one MRI session lasting 10-30 minutes and some also took a breathing test.
