Summary
This study measured lung function in 2000 healthy Polish children and teens aged 3-18 to establish what 'normal' breathing looks like. The goal is to create reference charts that doctors can use to better diagnose and monitor lung diseases like asthma. Participants were all healthy, with no chronic lung conditions or recent infections.
