Summary

This study is testing a new drug combination called tunlametinib therapy for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called a KRAS mutation. It is for patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite standard first-line treatments. The main goals are to see if the treatment shrinks tumors and is safe for patients.
