Scientists try One-Two punch to reawaken Cancer-Fighting immune cells

Summary
This study is for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has stopped responding to a common type of immunotherapy. Researchers want to see if combining a short course of targeted radiation with two different immunotherapy drugs can help the body's immune system fight the cancer again. They will test this approach in 54 patients and closely monitor how the cancer responds and any side effects.
