Radiation boost may supercharge lung cancer therapy

Summary
This study tests whether adding low-dose radiation to a combination of immunotherapy (sintilimab) and chemotherapy can shrink tumors better than the drug combo alone in people with advanced squamous cell lung cancer. About 114 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to see if the radiation-enhanced approach leads to more tumor shrinkage and longer control of the disease.
