First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding low-dose radiation to standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy can shrink tumors better than standard treatment alone in people with advanced squamous cell lung cancer. About 114 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to see if the radiation combination improves response rates and delays disease progression.
