New hope for tough lung cancers: quadruple therapy targets resistant tumors

NCT ID NCT07416058

First seen Feb 27, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (QL1706, bevacizumab, and two chemotherapy drugs) in people with advanced non-squamous lung cancer whose tumors have specific gene changes and have stopped responding to targeted therapy. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors better than standard chemotherapy alone. About 61 adults with high PD-L1 levels will receive the treatment every 3 weeks for up to 2 years.
