Summary
This study is testing if adding radiation therapy to standard immunotherapy helps people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer live longer without their cancer getting worse. It will involve 60 adults who have already had surgery but are at high risk of the cancer returning. The main goal is to see if this combined treatment safely extends the time before the cancer progresses.
