Summary
This study is testing if adding radiation therapy to standard immunotherapy helps patients with a specific type of advanced lung cancer live longer without their cancer getting worse after surgery. It will involve 60 adults who have had surgery but are at high risk of the cancer returning because it spread to many lymph nodes. The main goal is to see if this combined treatment safely extends the time before the cancer progresses.
