Summary
This large, late-stage trial is testing if combining a standard chemotherapy with an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) works better than using the immunotherapy drug alone. It's for people with a specific type of advanced non-small cell lung cancer who have not had prior treatment. The main goal is to see if the combination can help control the cancer for a longer time without it getting worse.
