New drug duo tested for Tough-to-Treat lung cancer
NCT ID NCT05941897
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of two drugs, ceralasertib (a pill) and durvalumab (an IV infusion), can help control advanced lung cancer that has continued to grow despite previous immunotherapy and chemotherapy. It is for adults in Russia whose cancer has specific genetic features and has gotten worse on standard treatments. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink and to check the safety of this new combination.
