Summary
This study observes how doctors treat advanced lung cancer in routine Russian hospital practice. Researchers will review medical records of 1,500 patients to understand what treatments are prescribed and how genetic testing influences decisions. The goal is to document current care patterns without changing any patient's treatment plan.
