Summary
This study aims to better understand the risks of removing lymph nodes during surgery for non-small cell lung cancer. Researchers will observe 1,000 patients undergoing this standard procedure to track how often complications occur and identify which patients are most at risk. The goal is to gather real-world data to help surgeons make safer decisions and improve recovery for future patients.
